Usage of Rubber roller paddy rice dehuller machine
This equipment is mainly used to remove the husk of rice and separate the rice husk from the paddy and rough mixture. This machine adopts hexagonal belt transmission, which replaces the gear box of the conventional rice huller. Its transmission is stable, the noise is low, there is no oil leakage pollution, and the operation and maintenance are convenient.
Working principle of rubber roller paddy dehulling machine
The paddy dehuller uses air power (or pressure weights) to tighten the rollers to generate a certain pressure between a pair of rubber rollers rotating at different speeds in opposite directions, thereby rubbing and tearing the rice to achieve the purpose of shelling and utilizing the roughness of the rice. The difference with the shell suspension speed separates the paddy grain from the shell through the effect of suction wind.
Process Flow of Rubber roller rice hulling machine
The clean grain enters the huller head box from the feed hopper through the feed gate and flow adjustment mechanism. After passing through the short and long flow plates, the clean grains are evenly sent to the fast and slow rollers for shelling. After shelling, the paddy, rice husks and mixture fall into the lower box through the leveling plate, and are sent to the large bran separation air separator through the automatic classification flow plate to separate the rice husk and rice husk. The large bran (rice husk) passes through the vertical air duct. Entering the chaff room, the paddy and chaff mixture is discharged from the machine through the discharge port.

The feed gate is driven by the cylinder and controlled by the material level device. When the feed hopper is out of material, it will automatically close the gate and take off the rollers. After the material comes in, the gate will be opened and the rollers will be tightened. If it is operated manually (without pneumatic and material level device), the gate needs to be opened and the operation can be performed directly through the flow gate.
This paddy dehuller machine uses a drip plate for feeding. The material is rectified, accelerated and guided by the short drip plate and the long drip plate, so that the material is fed quickly, thinly and evenly between the fast and slow rubber rollers, which is beneficial to improving the shelling efficiency and long-term operation. The inclination of the drip plate can be adjusted with the hand wheel as the rubber roller wears continuously to ensure accurate feeding.
Rubber roller transmission mechanism of rubber roller rice hulling machine:
The rubber roller transmission mechanism mainly includes the casing, machine base, fast roller, slow roller, tensioning device, motor, etc. The rubber roller has a cantilever structure, which is easy to assemble and disassemble. The position of the fast roller shaft is fixed, and the slow roller is movable. The slow roller moves forward and backward through the pressure roller cylinder (or the handle moves up and down to drive the slow roller support seat) until the slow roller moves toward the Shaanxi roller. purpose of tightening or loosening. The fast roller pulley, slow roller pulley and tension pulley are all driven by the motor pulley on the machine base directly through the synchronous belt (or hexagonal belt).
