The newly developed series of high square flat screens of our factory have absorbed the advantages of the main high-level flat screen manufacturers at home and abroad, and have been optimized by computer design, with the following main features:

The new high-square screen produced by our factory has two sizes of 640×640, 740×740 according to the size of the sieve. Each type has multiple series, namely: 4×16, 6×16, 8×16; 4×24,6 ×24, 8×24; 4×28, 6×28, 8×28.

Compared with the same type of high square sieve, the effective height of the screen box is increased, the screen layout is convenient to adjust, flexible, and the material flow rate can also be large.

2, The structure introduction
This series of high square screens are composed of the following parts: two screen boxes, a center frame and transmission, screen grid, screen door, pressing device, beam, hanging device and so on. The center drive frame and the two screen boxes are connected by high-strength bolts. The screen is installed in the screen box, and the two beams connect the two screen boxes and the center frame on the side. The hanging device is mounted on the beam to suspend the whole machine.
The screen boxes of the two specifications are welded by special-shaped high-quality low-alloy steel pipes of different cross-section sizes and high-quality low-alloy steel plates of different thicknesses. The central steel frame is welded with high-quality low-alloy material angle steel, channel steel and steel plate of different thicknesses, so that the whole machine has reliable rigidity and strength.
The transmission is placed in the center frame.
Each machine has four wire ropes for safety and safety, and the height and level of the screen can be adjusted when the machine is installed and adjusted.
Sieve
The sieve grid is made of high-quality wood board, the board is double-sided plastic, and the four corners are assembled, which is beautiful, firm and clean.
The screens are available in two sizes, 640x640mm, 740x740mm, each with standard (three inner channels) and expanded (one inner channel). The sifting area of the 640 sieve grid is: standard type 0.285M2, enlarged type 0.352M2; 740 sieve grid per grid screening area is: standard type 0.383M2, enlarged type 0.473M2. Users choose according to the screening requirements and the screening area requirements.
The height specifications of the sieve grid are: 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 126mm, etc. The height of the top grid and the bottom grid are divided into: 130mm, 150mm and 140mm, and can also be made according to the requirements of the user.
The sieves are all stretched and used on the screen mesh core. They can be glued or U-shaped nails. The sieves can be cleaned with cleaning blocks or cleaning balls. The grids are equipped with grilles and bottom plates. A wear-resistant pusher block is installed inside for cleaning the undersize.
Screen Route
Various forms of sieves can be flexibly and conveniently dispensed into screens suitable for different needs to meet different process requirements. There are four inner channels and four outer channels in each bin, that is, each bin has eight material channels and eight material outlets.
There are five kinds of feeding modes for the user to choose: namely single-input single-pass, single-input and double-pass, double-input single-pass, double-input and double-pass, double-input and three-way.
Screen door
This series of high-screen screen doors are made of FRP doors. There are two vertically mounted elastic pressing devices on the inside of the door for horizontal compression of the screen. Sealing strips are attached around the inside of the screen door to serve as screen doors. The sealing effect of the screen box. After the screen door is closed, each side is pressed by five hexagon socket screws.
